ENHANCED ENGAGEMENT AND WATCHPARTY IN VIRTUAL SESSIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Our initial stride towards crafting interactive sessions with an innovative breakout room feature. Our foremost goal was to break free from the dull and repetitive webinar session designs. We've brought a fresh perspective to the sessions detail page, preserving its core functions. This revamped Layout ensures attendees are front and center beneath the mainstage, mirroring the immersive feel of a real-world auditorium.
MY ROLE
In my capacity, I engaged in extensive research endeavors to delve into user requirements thoroughly. Drawing from these insights, I crafted designs with a strong user-centric focus, aimed at fostering optimal engagement. Subsequently, I proceeded to construct and assess
prototypes to iteratively enhance the design, all the while maintaining an ongoing feedback loop with users to assess the usability and efficacy of the end product.

Project Timeline
Key highlights
⭐️ Attendee will be placed in the lobby area when they join a session
⭐️ Attendee will be seated below the mainstage automatically based on a seat chosen by the hubilo logic.
⭐️ Once attendee is seated, they can react on stage & quick chat without needing to open the side panel.
⭐️ Attendee can leave a table, upon which they will be sent to the lobby area.
⭐️ Once attendee leaves a table, they will be able to join another table of their choice, provided they are empty seats on that table.This allows attendee to move across tables and join different tables of their choice.
⭐️ This experience will be crucial for experience of watch party.
⭐️ The session can be branded individually by the organiser by uploading a custom background for that session.
⭐️ This will be done for existing sessions as well.

In conclusion, enhanced session designs represents a transformative step in shaping engaging interactive sessions through the introduction of our groundbreaking breakout room feature. Our primary objective was to liberate these experiences from the confines of uninspiring and monotonous webinar layouts. By infusing fresh perspectives into the sessions detail page, maintaining its essential functionalities, and elevating attendees to a prime position beneath the mainstage, we've successfully recreated the immersive atmosphere of a real-world auditorium. Moreover, our real-time quick chats, reactions, feature further enhance the user experience, ensuring attendees can engage, react, and enjoy sessions.
